Arizona's universal ESA, administered through the Arizona Department of Education. Eligible families receive funds that can be used for approved educational expenses, including tuition.

Every Arizona K–12 student is eligible for the baseline award. Students with documented additional needs qualify for substantially more - often enough to fully cover a Recess Academy schedule.
Students with documented additional needs. Universal baseline is lower.
Most ESA recipients receive a baseline award in this range for the 2026–27 year.
Students with documented additional needs receive substantially more - often $15,000–$35,000+ depending on category.
Arizona ESA is open to all Arizona K–12 students; the additional-funding tier requires documentation on file.
