People are influenced by far more than logic. Emotion, stress, confidence, fear, social pressure, habits, first impressions, and uncertainty all shape the decisions people make every day, often without realizing it.
In this discussion based psychology class, explore the hidden patterns behind human behavior, judgment, and decision making.
Each week focuses on a different aspect of human behavior, judgment, and decision making through discussion and psychology concepts connected to everyday life.
Some weeks focus on why people make poor choices. Other weeks explore what leads to thoughtful judgment, strong reasoning, resilience, and better long-term decisions.
Rather than memorizing psychology terms, the goal is to develop a deeper understanding of how people think and how decision making changes across different situations and environments.
