Hi! I'm Kylie, and this summer I'll be running a Creative World Building camp on Recess.

In 5 sessions over 1 week, your kid will learn WorldEdit and VoxelSniper, the same tools used by professional Minecraft builders, to design and construct builds that would take weeks to do block by block.

I've spent years building in Minecraft, including work on the Marketplace, with large teams like MrBeast, and on servers like Origin Realms. I bring that real-world building experience into every session so your kid learns techniques that actually work in professional builds.

What Your Kid Will Do

Each day builds on the last, moving from core tools to a finished creative project. Key topics include:

1. WorldEdit Fundamentals
   Your kid will learn how to cut, copy, paste, and fill large areas instantly. Instead of placing every block one by one, they'll shape terrain and structures in seconds.
2. VoxelSniper for Terrain and Detail
   They'll use VoxelSniper to sculpt natural-looking landscapes, smooth rough edges, and add the fine details that make a build feel alive.
3. Planning and Design Thinking
   Your kid will learn how real builders plan before they build, thinking about scale, composition, and theme so their projects come out looking intentional instead of random.
4. Final Creative Project
   Everything comes together in a guided project. Your kid will design and build something they're proud of, whether it's a castle, a city block, or a custom landscape, applying every tool they've learned.

What They Will Need

• Minecraft Java or Bedrock Edition (computer, phone, tablet, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, or Nintendo Switch all work)
• Basic comfort placing and breaking blocks in Minecraft
• An idea of what they want to build
  No expertise required. We'll teach every tool from the ground up.

How It Works

• 5 sessions over 1 week (Monday through Friday). Each session is 90 minutes long.
• Ages 8 to 14
• Small groups so your kid gets real feedback on their builds
• Daily feedback You'll get a personal message from me after day one and a wrap-up at the end about your kid's progress
