Learn To Build Games Like a Pro

Don’t Just Play Games. Build Them.

Coding & AI
Organized by Quest

Hosted by 2 expert guides

We are going to teach you to build games like a real game developer.

You don’t need to know how to code.

You don’t need experience.

You just need curiosity and a willingness to try.

We’ll teach you everything from the ground up:

  • How to code with AI (Claude Code & Codex)
  • How to turn an idea into a playable game
  • How to debug when things break (because they will!)
  • How to improve your game through testing and feedback
  • How to publish your game online so other people can play it

And here’s the cool part: By the end of your very first class, you will have already shipped your first simple game.

Your Guides:

Felipe and Ben are the game developers behind Quest, and educational game studio. We spend most of the day building games and we’re excited to coach you through doing the same.

The Class & 1-on-1 Coaching:

  • A small group of fellow builders (~5).
  • Learn to use the latest software and game development tools.
  • Build games of your own!
  • Play test each others' games!
  • Get feedback and coaching on how to become a better builder.

Students also get 1-on-1 coaching sessions where we jump on a private call to help directly with your game, your ideas, and development and design process.

Concepts You'll Learn:

  • How games and software are actually developed in the real world
  • How to break big ideas into small, buildable pieces
  • Core principles of game design
  • How to use AI effectively
  • Iteration: build → test → improve → repeat
  • Debugging skills and problem solving under pressure
  • How to ship projects instead of leaving them unfinished
  • Confidence sharing your work and receiving feedback

After just a few months, students won’t just “know some coding.”

They’ll have a portfolio of real, playable games — projects they can share with friends, family, teachers, or even future schools and opportunities.

Using the same skills students will be able to build any software (i.e apps, websites, etc.). And when they are ready we will be there to support them with these projects as well.

What You'll Need:

  • A laptop or desktop computer (Mac or Windows)
  • A monitor is preferred but not required (optional)

We’ll provide everything else — structure, coaching, tools, and assets.
