Journaling Workshop For Beginners
Learn to design creative and pretty daily, weekly and summary layouts. No need for any experience, we are here to learn!
Beginners Journaling Workshop:
Three, one hour workshops to get ready for the start of school
In each of these three workshops you will learn to design creative and pretty daily, weekly and summary layouts. No need for any experience, we are here to learn!
I will walk you through numerous daily and weekly layout options that are quick, customizable and super cute. We will then end with a creative journaling session where we will create a fun summary page.
You can look forward to:
- Step by step guidance to create flexible layouts
- Ideas on layouts so your pages are always filled to the brim with creative decorations.
- A fun, collaborative, and supportive space to keep your ideas flowing.
Day 1: Daily planning (July)
The first month we will be making daily spreads
- Create and design easy, pretty layouts - perfect for planning your day, every day.
- I will share multiple daily layouts that are customizable.
At the end of this day, you’ll leave with your own personalized daily spread and the skills and confidence to keep the habit going on your own!
Day 2: Functional Weekly Planning (August)
The second month we will be making weekly spreads.
- Create your own weekly spreads that will make planning fun and functional.
- I will share easy to use layouts that are customizable to your liking!
At the end of this day, you’ll leave with your own personalized weekly spread and the skills and confidence to keep the habit going on your own!
Day 3: Creative Planning (September)
Finally, join me for a cozy journaling session and I will walk you through setting up a fun summary page—like a goal list, Bucket list, reading list, a summer review, or anything else you feel inspired to make.
- Make your drawings come to life!
- No ideas on what to create? That’s totally fine, we can work together on getting your ideas flowing.
By the end of this day, you’ll leave with your own personalized summary page and you’ll feel confident in your ability to keep going on your own and express your creativity along the way.
Would you like to continue journaling after the workshop? If there is a demand, we can create a cozy, no pressure Journaling Club where we can gather weekly, reflect, write and connect.
It will be an open space where we can freely swap ideas and enjoy journaling alongside others who love it as much as I do.
