Join us for a fun and creative week at Art and Design Camp, where you'll learn the essentials of digital art and design while creating your very own custom t-shirt! This camp is perfect for kids who love to draw and want to explore their artistic talents in a supportive and interactive environment.

Structure:

Over the course of the week, we’ll spend 2.5 hours each day playing drawing games, exploring digital drawing applications like Procreate, and using Canva, a free design program, to practice layout techniques. By the end of the camp, you'll have a unique t-shirt design that will be printed and mailed to you as a special keepsake.

Concepts Encountered:

• Digital Drawing - using Procreate or alternative apps
• Design Layouts - understanding composition and balance with Canva
• Creativity and Fun - engaging in drawing games and activities
• T-Shirt Design - applying your skills to create a wearable artwork

What you will need:

• Tablet with Procreate or another drawing application installed
• Stylus (optional but recommended for precision)
• Access to Canva (free account)
• Basic drawing supplies (optional) (paper, pencils, etc. to plan out ideas)
• Imagination and enthusiasm!

The cost of the camp includes the printing and mailing of your custom-designed t-shirt to your home. By the end of the week, you'll have a fantastic piece of wearable art and new skills to continue your artistic journey. Get ready to bring your creative ideas to life on fabric!
