The Role
You'll lead classes using our existing curriculums or design your own. You're not lecturing. You're guiding students through hands-on projects, asking questions that help them figure things out, and managing creative learning environments. We train you in the Recess approach and handle all the operations. Flexible schedule, remote work.
Who We're Looking For
Someone with deep interests in any subject, a genuine desire to help others learn, and an open mind. Teaching experience is a plus but not required. What matters most is reliability and initiative. Show up consistently, care about your students, and take ownership. We want people who try things, suggest ideas, and help us build this, not just follow instructions.
