AI Math Tutor
Most math tutoring is incomplete. Knowledge gaps build up over time and they're hard to find. We built an AI system that orchestrates each student's path through the right tools, videos, and resources to fill those gaps. Your role is to guide that process, build the right learning culture with each student, and put them in the driver's seat of their own education.

The Pay
Live Sessions
$40/hr
Meet with students and help them become independent, self-driven learners.
Admin Work
$20/hr
Parent updates, progress tracking, and lesson planning.
Take on as many students as you want. You set your own schedule.
About the Role
The AI handles the curriculum. You handle the student. Each week you'll check in on progress, communicate updates to parents, and adjust the learning plan when something isn't clicking. You're the one who knows that a student learns better through game design than worksheets, or that they shut down when they feel behind. You point the AI in the right direction, and it does the rest. Building a student's relationship with learning matters more than any single math lesson.
What You'll Do
1. Onboard new students
Run an initial assessment to map where each student is. Set up their learning plan in the AI system and align with their parents on goals and expectations.
2. Run weekly sessions
Meet with students to review their progress, teach concepts where they're stuck, and help them get better at using the AI as a learning tool on their own.
3. Keep parents informed
Send regular updates on what their child is working on, where they've improved, and what comes next. Parents should never have to ask how their kid is doing.
