The Deal
Your Revenue Share
70%
You keep 70% of all program revenue. Recess handles student recruitment, platform, scheduling, and payments.
Optional cost: If you have a TA run your sessions, you pay them a minimum of $25/session from your 70% share. No upfront costs, no platform fees.
How It Works
1. You design curriculum
Build around your expertise. Current programs span engineering games, creative writing, art, Dungeons & Dragons, coding, and more. We're open to running any program parents and kids are interested in.
2. We recruit & train TAs
We find and train TAs in Recess's teaching pedagogy, then you train them on your specific content. We handle scheduling, payments, and assist you with any issues.
3. Your TAs run sessions
Your TAs teach using your curriculum while you oversee quality. Scale to multiple concurrent sessions without being in every class.
